Families come in many forms. They may consist of two or more people. Some families live together, others live apart for a whole host of reasons, This resource seeks to show a diverse range of families with the intention that all children can find others similar to themselves in the range of resources presented in schools and settings.
Books on Identity and Inclusion
The books were originally selected by a group of students on a primary teaching course, a children's literature librarian and a member of academic staff. All the books were judged to have high quality stories and illustrations. Where there were doubts, this is reflected in the book reviews.
